Retrieve comments after add items

Hello, Nice app! When new items are added to a group, I would expect that the comments for those items are retrieved, instead of requiring a "Refresh", which would re-download comments for all items in the group. E.g. I add 1 item to a group with 30 existing items. I just need to get the comments for this recent item and not download comments for all existing items.

One can easily create a group for that added item and refresh only that group containing that item. The delete that group. This has the added advantage that one can inspect that added item in isolation.
