I'm seeing an agency that has two feed versions with the same number. The feeds appear to be identical. They were uploaded a long time ago, so it's entirely possible...

Based on [this thread](https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mapdb/TfWygUGr6Xg), problems may occur when we modify an object and then don't save it; the changes could persist. I think we may do this when fetching new...

Use feed_start_date and feed_end_date

We currently calculate start and end dates based on calendar, but we should trim that using feed_info.txt.
