Error detail: `OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'C:\\Users\\*****\\Desktop\\icli\\runlogs\\2024\\09\\icli-id=0-2024-09-02_04:37:25.508095-04:00-ibkr.log'` The reason is because Windows don't support ":" in file name, suggest add ` .replace(":","_") ` in LOG_FILE_TEMPLATE
