Add options to disable Https first features

Newer versions of chrome introduced features to make https the default for users. This is kinda of PITA when you want to deal with http.

• --disable-features=HttpsUpgrades: This prevents chrome from trying https first when opening an http page
• --disable-features=HttpsFirstBalancedModeAutoEnable: This prevents chrome from showing a warning when visiting an http site
