Why won't this work with Visual FoxPro 8?

I keep getting error messages when running in VFP8.

Am I doing something wrong or is there a genuine issue?

I am sure there are many features of VFP 9 that are used in GoFish, although I do not know specifically which ones. I have used VFP 9 for over 10 years, and to be honest, I gave no regard to having GoFish work with anything prior to VFP 9.

So, you are on your own to solve this matter. Feel free to fork the code and make the necessary changes, and release a GoFish VFP 8 version. Perhaps the community will thank you.
