Azure support in inspec-iggy

I appreciate the offer, I may take you up on it. Working on InSpec-Iggy has perpetually been #3 or 4 on my list of things to do and I haven't given it the attention it needs. If you're interested I'd be happy to walk you through the code base and explain how to add and maintain Azure support.

@mattray I forked the codebase so far and made smaller fixes on :

• code to support medium complex azure TF samples
• code to support TF plan files( own feature I assume)

Planning to :

• adding extensive Azure testing examples
• inspec plan file validations
• extending documentation
