node manual build for version 0.6.10 is not generated

Is 0.6.10 generation that important? I don't know if I have the time to look into this, and it came out almost a year ago.

Actually I have lot of dependencies written based on the version, I have written the code on basis of the version, I need the manual in offline. So I need to build it.
