Error aro not found, no tree returned

Hi, I'm trying to use ACL in my app. I've followed all the step of the tutorial. Aro table is empty. when I try to see my arrow tree in console with command ./cake acl view aro i get error aro not found. How can i fix it please? I really followed all step includind generate acos. Please help me
