Problem with identifying the moved elements. All elements are displayed as moved. Revit 2024 (and 2022, 2025...)

Good afternoon. There is a problem with identifying moved elements. When comparing versions, all elements are displayed. However, even when there are no offsets, the elements are still identified as moved (0.00mm). Changing the valid values in the settings file does not work. (tolerance).
