adds conditional rule for matching by term name

Hi, Thanks for writing this plugin. I made a small modification so that you could match by the term's name in addition to the ID.

@halmos Not sure if it is because of the new version of ACF, but I don't see this PR working? The option is added to the dropdown, but the slug doesn't seem to be working for the conditional?

A lot has probably changed since I first made the pull request. I'll take a look and see if there are any obvious things to be fixed.
