i have this error on install

Triaging old issues. Is this still happening? If somehow this is still a problem for you, and you haven't either solved it or given up, can you send some more troubleshooting information?

  • What "IDE" are you using (Visual Studio 2015 with SSDT, SSMS directly, notepad++, etc)? (if applicable)
