Testing all the models in SenseLab and NeuroDB

It would be great to have an automatic test that checks if we can run the models in ModelDB that are listed already in the xml.

We can do this in two levels:

1. Check automatically if the model provides a mosinit.hoc
2. Crowdsourcing all the models and check if they work or not.
