Audio recording doesn't work on Windows

On Windows, audio cannot be recorded.

Possibly related to #1512.

This might not be very useful and don't know if this issue is related to it but I recognized that amplitude support for windows and linux is missing in the record package v.4.4.4.

Might be worth checking out v5, which supports it for all platforms: https://pub.dev/packages/record/versions/5.0.0-beta.1
