Support for 5XL?

Is the 5XL also supported?

Someone recently wrote me it's not. Unfortunately, I don't have one, so I can't look into it. Would you be willing to send me a Wireshark USB traffic capture using the Windows driver?

Sure, mine will arrive tomorrow and I will do a dump right away. Hope we can get it working. My plan is to print serial number / qr code labels for hardware devices I am developing trough a script (each label should have a different qr code).

Do you need anything specific or just some print data?

I have received it today, but unfortunately it is not functional at all. I will ship it back and get a 4XL.
