Adding Max/Min to archive

A great plugin and now my backbone for weewx - wondering how to add additional values to the archive - such as day max min for wind etc?

Is it possible?

Just to reply to myself in case other find it useful - i made a work around by getting the min/max/trend via a json file and republishing to MQTT along side the main feed - github if it helps at https://github.com/digitalurban/mqttweewxhtml
