@adamculp initial work on OpenAPI spec. Don't merge yet, still need to set up a few things to get you going.

@adamculp take a look at this when you get a second and let me know if it all makes sense so far, or if you have questions.

@adamculp yea some were guessing, like int32 but I just filled in the value so that there was an example there for you to follow along with. Ill go back...

this is still an issue. Fortunately, the setOption seems to let me get around it.

I have to read above, but can someone tl;dr the concise of the group? Once I know that, I can start scoping out the work and getting this feature in.
