No Ti.Locale on BlackBerry

I realise BlackBerry support is part of a discontinued beta, but your code is so close to working it may as well be fixed:

The locale module does not exist on the BlackBerry, I fixed this by hardcoding deviceCountry and Language to 'unknown'.

Ti.Platform.locale does exist, perhaps throw that in if the osname is blackberry.
