Use git submodule

Hello.

I would like to propose to use git sub-modules feature to link brotli source code. It will be much easier to integrate changes in brotli - just update sub-module revision =)

Sure feel free to submit a PR if necessary! I’m not entirely sure what’s needed to get this working.
