Do not cleanup settings on deactivate

This was a 'feature' but I think it is unexpected behaviour and should be removed

Generally better to remove settings on uninstall, see http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_uninstall_hook

Easy change really - use uninstall_hook instead of deactivation_hook
