Please note:

  1. When the problem occurs, ChatGPT can be used normally on Mac Chrome.
  2. I have never successfully sent a message with this APP, and this error was prompted when I used it for the first time.
  3. It cannot be restored, even if I wait for more than 1 hour.
  4. Android 13 device
