Does PlatformIO + MicroOcpp not support IP addresses?

I used the PlatformIO platform to connect to the ocpp server, but I have been unable to connect successfully.

I was able to connect to the ocpp server when I used the ESP-IDF environment.

Could this be an adaptation problem?
