Updated the documentation

Updated the documentation in regards to building the project. I was not familiar with GO at all and spent about 15 mins trying to get the project to run.

Also updated the command line with the params required to obtain a CSR fully updated with user info.

This is great, thanks! The project is still using the legacy Gopck.lock files. We can remove them, including vendor directory. I'll do a combined PR for some more cleanup.
