Alert channel when a recording is complete

Users are annoyed by how long it takes to get a recording finished in Zoom. It would be great if the whole group got notified of the recording being completed in the same channel the meeting started from. Additionally, the notification should include a link to the recording. We will assume that users are part of the same organization and will need to logiin to zoom to see the actual recording after clicking the link.

Optionally, also notify when the transcription has been completed for the meeting.

Problem: currently users get notified if transcript and recordings being completed - which they often need to forward to other meeting attendees.
Idea: Notify users when transcript/recording is done via the ZoomBot. Also, would be neat if there was a slash command parameter to automatically share the recording in the same channel as the meeting took place like /zoom start share-recording
