With #1245 merged, playbook-list can now use the new Start Run Dialog.

LGTM partying_face Only one issue, the run list(LHS) is not updated after the new run is created. But, it can be done in a different PR.

Should be handled by https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-plugin-playbooks/pull/1396 I think?
