Not able to disconnect the user

There is an issue that the user is able to disconnect his Jira account. This issue is reproducible on master branch.

Steps to reproduce:-

• Run the /jira connect command.
• Provide the credentials and log-in.
• Click on the disconnect button on the page provided where the user is redirected once connected to Jira.

The user should be able to disconnect the Jira account, whereas the user receives a weird error and is not able to disconnect the account.
