GitLab View Lists in RHS Add functionality that will open GitLab team sidebar items in RHS rather than browser window

For GitLab a connected user will see options on the team sidebar for:

  • Merge Requests
  • PR reviews
  • Assignments
  • Unread Messages

Clicking these should open the RHS and show a list view of the item there. This may be a large amount of effort however it has already been implemented for GitHub and some of the implementation may be salvageable for GitLab
