Alpine 3.10 does not work

I was getting an EOF related error, when the Dockerfile for the app tried to pull a 3.10 alpine image. Changing the image version to 3.11 solved the issue for me.

I guess https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-docker/issues/484 should be quickly implemented.
