GH-1379 (Add `docs` directory to `.gitignore`)

Summary

The docs directory gets created when make run is executed. It is only used for viewing the development version of the app in the local machine.

Since there is no need of pushing the development version artifacts to Github, the said directory has been added to .gitignore.
