Bug: Personal Desktop version doesn't start (Windows 10)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Download and extract focalboard-win.zip v7.11.3 (following instructions from the official website)
2. Select Focalboard.exe
3. Nothing happens. No error popup, no app icon in the taskbar
4. Restart computer & re-download
5. Select Focalboard.exe
6. Nothing happens still

Expected behavior

App opens

Edition and Platform

• Edition: Personal Desktop
• Version: Any except for v0.6.1 (tried with v7.11.3, v7.0.1, 0.15.0, and v0.6.1 so far)
• Browser and OS: Brave, Windows 10

Additional context (optional)

I'm able to open v0.6.1 and the latest Microsoft Store versions successfully, but every other Personal Desktop version from github refuses to open. Same steps and behavior for each version

I strongly dislike using apps tied to Microsoft Store, so I want to get the standalone version working

Check out Windows Settings>Apps>Advanced App Settings, maybe it's blocking the app to launch.
