Bug: Mattermost plugin not loading in v9.0.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I just installed self-hosted mattermost v9.0.0. And focalboard plugin is not loading

Expected behavior

The language is set to 'en' by default, I didn't change any settings. Right after loading main page I see javascript error on top, the focalboard is missing in mattermost list of apps.
