Bug: Personal desktop app choose different port each time and don't save the settings

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open Focalboard. notice the port in the window title.
2. Select Settings -> Turn off Random Icons.
3. Select Settings -> Set theme, and select any theme.
4. Open any board.
5. Close Focalboard.
6. Open it again.
7. Nothing changed and check the window title, you'll see a different port, also the board I opened didn't open again!!

Expected behavior

• The random icons settings should be turned off as I selected.
• The theme should be changed as I selected.
• The port should be constant and shouldn't changed each time.
• The board I closed the app on, when I open it again, it should open that board.

Edition and Platform

• Edition: Personal Desktop
• Version: 7.5.2
• Browser: another problem here.. My default browser is Chrome, but it opens in Edge!!
• OS: Windows 11
