Feature Idea: render `(Untitled Template)` if a template is untitled

Summary

Just like an untitled board renders as (Untitled Board) we should probably do the same for an untitled template otherwise it renders a seemingly blank UI element in the template selector.

Importance: High/Medium/Low

Any examples of good implementations of this capability.

I don't disagree, since we currently allow templates without a title. But, long term, templates without a title should not be saved (or saved with a default, not "")
