Bug: Random icon not being set on board when with setting enabled

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Verify you have random icons enabled.
2. Create a new empty board.
3. Notice the board has no icon.

Expected behavior

A new board should have a random icon if the setting is enabled.

Edition and Platform

• Edition: Plugin
• Version: 7.2 (latest main at the moment)
• Browser and OS: Firefox

Icons currently apply to empty cards, but should also apply to empty boards as well.

In case anyone ever works on this...

When a board is created without an icon, as described in this issue, it is not ~~possible~~ apparent how to set an icon because the board view doesn't display an icon, or a placeholder, to the left of the board title, to click/change.

IMO, part of the solution for this should be to assure that there is always an icon assigned to a board (and probably the same goes for board templates).

Update: Discovered by accident, after posting this, that there are hide and hover links above the board icon/title/description area, which can be used to fill in a random icon after the board is created, but... See: https://ui-patterns.com/blog/User-Interface-AntiPatterns "Hide and Hover" section.
