Feature Idea: Improve visual feedback during drag

Summary: Make it clear where the drag target will land

How important this is to me and why: Right now it is unintuitive when sorting a card or a group where the drag target will end in context to the other items. The problem with the current implementation is that I have to drag on top of an existing element. Therefore, I have no Idea where the existing element will go (or if I even replace it).

Importance: Medium

Use cases:

1. Dragging a card
2. Dragging a group

Proposal cards: Show during drag a marker (blue-line in the screenshot) where the new card will end up.

Proposal groups: Show during drag a marker (blue-line in the screenshot) where the new group will end up.

Additional context / similar features:

• Material design system (this is even better, but harder to implement because of the transitions)
