Doc: Warning to not use "Viewer" role from our API

Summary

"Viewer" role will not be supported in v0.16, but will still be available via the API. We need to warn our users to not use the "Viewer" role on the API docs and release notes until we ship minimum roles on public boards.

The API docs aren't updated by the docs team and I'm not sure how one would add a warning to them. :( I think the content needs to be added directly to the API code and it gets pulled into the API documentation.
