Feature Request: All Tasks of all boards

Summary: a view where i can see all tasks of all boards at once and to which user they are assigned

How important this is to me and why:

Importance: High

Use cases:

1. Overview (which is not limited to one project) on what people are currently working
2. Summary of all tasks that need to be done, which is not limited to one project.
3. See if one user has too many tasks on his shoulders....

Additional context / similar features: We are an IT Service Agency. Because many of our employees support many different customers it is easy to loose the overview of all open tasks. Having the ability to filter and sort tasks of all boards would help alot.

Thanks @alexander-rieder for the detailed scenario notes. This is helpful for planning features. A few pieces are needed to support this:

• A user property (e.g. "assigned to")
• Queries / filters across boards (currently filters are per-board)
  • There are perf implications to consider
• Appropriate reporting UI such as the ones you noted

@chenilim We would also benefit from such feature. Here is our use case.

Our team works on multiple projects in parallel and uses an agile approach. When planning sprints, we need to take into account backlogs from all projects in order to decide what will be done during that sprint. Having a view of all tasks accross all projects would provide that flexibility. We could then sort them using custom properties such as priority, Due date, etc. to facilitate sprint planning. Without that view, we would have to browse back and forth through each project which is really not efficient and actually makes us hesitate to use the Boards plugin in Mattermost.

My research team is looking forward to this feature as well. I think this is crucial feature. (similar to #2150)

In our usecase each laboratory has it's own board, but there are a bunch of people who have to fulfill tasks in multiple labs.
