Request for Documentation: Update the calls documentation for performance monitoring

Right now the [monitoring documentation](https://docs.mattermost.com/configure/calls-deployment.html#monitoring) for calls does not make mention of `8045` for rtcd server metrics. It links to the grafana /prom setup page which only speaks about `8067`. We should make this clear on how to setup calls monitoring.
