Already created task if assigned afterwards to any other user does not provide the option to accept or deny the task

Steps to reproduce:-

1. Create a todo and save it.
2. Assign that task from the "assign to" option to any other user.
3. Open the account of the user to whom the task is assigned.

The user does not get the option to accept or deny the task assigned.
