zksync-web-era-docs Rework the compiler toolchain docs

Patch description:

Relevant compiler docs are extracted from the smart contract page and moved to a newly created chapter dedicated to our toolchain.
The overview describes our toolchain as a whole.
Separate pages created for zksolc, zkvyper, and the LLVM framework.

@akiramenai feel free to extend the page about the LLVM framework.

@githubdoramon let's review and make it better! :rocket:

@kailash-manasarovar fixed the CI by resetting yarn files. Perhaps, they are worth adding to .gitignore, as they are updated locally automatically.
