Support of SW-12 pairing

We are recently looking into EIP 1962 particularly, as it can reduce the proving cost in certain situations: https://eprint.iacr.org/2022/1145.pdf

In this design, we use a CP12 curve. This is to achieve >128-bit security while using a small modulus.

I may submit a PR to this. Any plan for Matter Labs to maintain this repo further?
