Broken for node version above 14.17.0

Hi,

When using node version 14.17.0 or above, it gives a ECONNREFUSED error. [client] [HPM] Error occurred while proxying request localhost:3000/api/test_api to http://localhost:5001/ [ECONNREFUSED] (https://nodejs.org/api/errors.html#errors_common_system_errors)
