0.24.0

It looks like release 0.24.0 has a tag here on github, but atom seems to be unable to resolve it for some reason, only 0.23.0.

Am I doing something wrong?

~~Edit: Actually it's looking like it is indeed installing the most recent version, but it's just calling it 0.23.0. So I guess there's no harm but it's a bit weird.~~

I was wrong, it's not fully up-to-date.
