Multi site using wrong url during test

I have two sites www.sitea.com and www.siteb.com in the same Umbraco environment If I am on www.sitea.com/umbraco and go to a page of www.siteb.com it stills test on www.sitea.com even though in culture and host names www.siteb.com is setup And because it is two different domains I can't use the TestBaseUrl in the appsettings

v3.2.1 umbraco v 13.4.0 headless
