Improve filters

• Add data attributes to table rows indicating filter metadata (e.g. owned, missing, premium, limited)
• Apply filters based on these attributes instead of reloading the page and querying the database again
• Likely remove with_filters entirely. We will need to return the full dataset in order for this to work properly.
