Can not set some keyboard shortcuts

I'd like to use Control (⌃) + Ditto mark (") as shortcut but I can not set it. Is there a limitation on that?

Hello! It's a great useful app, but there is an issue with search in items. I will just leave screenshots. It would be great if you could fix it.
