Multimedia doesn't show preview

Hello, I've configured the "conditional media" to show what I'm playing on my devices through plex. The status is shown - but no preview is shown and I cannot control it. Maybe I have to configure something in Plex - or I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for the help
