FR: Enhance sidebar template

I'm planning to have multiple custom templates in sidebar to show custom alert for sensors.

If there are no alert, display none/empty.

First request:- It will be difficult to find in edit mode with multiple templates when sensors displaying none/empty. Can we have option to create and display title/name for template only visible in edit mode?

Second request:- If template display none/empty, can we have option not to take up empty space in live mode?
