FR: Make sidebar timer more user friendly

The current design for setting the duration is not very intuitive. It displays the time as if setting an alarm clock, rather than showing the duration period. Initially, I was confused, thinking I had to set it like an alarm. Ideally, it should display 00:00:00 for the duration and calculate the timer's duration by adding the specified duration to the current time.

Additionally, the method for adjusting the duration involves a second popup, which I believe is not user-friendly for tablet users. Instead, there could be up/down buttons at the top/bottom of each section for hours, minutes, and seconds for duration period. These buttons would be disabled once the timer starts.
