[v0.8] Make minimizing to tray a setting instead of a dialog prompt

When closing the main YomiNinja window the user is prompted with a dialog if YomiNinja should be minimized to tray (instead of closing YomiNinja completely). I'd suggest making this a toggle in the settings page instead to save the user a click every time the main YomiNinja window is closed.
