could you add support for German? very very please

By the way, I tried using the programm with Japanese but sometimes it does make mistakes. Also tried using Google Lens(aka Google Pictures) which scanns the text with 99,9999% accuracy. Do you think it is possible to incorporate google's OCR engine into the programm? Just being curious, nothing more

I tried to add German support to the Paddle OCR engine, but their German model is outdated and doesn’t work with the current version of PaddleOCR. It will be added once they update the model.
